After I retired as an elementary school principal I became a life coach because of my deep love for educators.
As a principal I had no idea how to clear a desk of work, to take care of my mental and physical health, manage time, and balance work with life. Heck, I use to joke that I would probably die at my principal desk!
I knew I wanted a different life and to continue to live out my life purpose of supporting educators and students so I became a Life and Leadership Coach.
Despite years of stress, over-working, and feeling guilty for not reaching my goals, I was able to create a new life with time to do what I wanted, self-love, and keep fulfilling my purpose.
I know it can be hard to know where to begin. I understand the challenges of being an educator in today’s world and trying to have a life of your own.
I know what it’s like to face a broken educational system and face the fear of being a great teacher, principal, or district staff.
There is no doubt – that creating your dream situation as an educator with a life purpose is possible for you.
