I am Liz Carroll and I am committed to widening the financial wellness circle for women. I can show you how to make, save and invest more money, mindfully, using a new way to think about money and your ability to manage it. 

The Mindful Money Method was created with women in mind, especially women that felt like they weren’t taught about money. They may even feel a little irresponsible, reckless or resentful when it comes to money.

The Mindful Money Method is a holistic approach to finances encompassing math, mindset and soul-work. It is a nine week awareness, clarity and vision program that can be learned in a group or one-to-one setting. We focus on identifying your unique value & desires, developing organizational systems and uncovering & rewriting your money story. It is calm and effective.
