I help athletes calm their nerves so they can make less errors.
Working mainly with high school and college athletes I noticed they spend hours in the gym getting their body in shape and are given very few tools to help them mentally and emotionally handle the difficulties that come from being an athlete.
They’re often taught to “suck it up” “get over it” and “move on” when things go wrong. This often leads to resisting and avoiding negative emotion, which builds up over time.
It’s my mission to give athletes the mental tools they need to handle the difficulties and pressures that come from being an athlete.
