While all diets do work (if they are reducing overall calorie intake) most diets require endless willpower, difficult or arbitrary rules, and at their core are unsustainable.
There is no way to lose weight and keeping off with this paradigm.
Add in the negative self talk that we heap on top of ourselves for not sticking to these diets and we create a merry go round of habits (habitual thoughts, feelings and actions) that we can’t seem to shake.
I created SELF MADE coaching for women as a solution to this problem. We coach on not just what to eat but WHY you’re eating.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off you don’t need to become a better dieter, but you do need to be a better thinker.
